Consumer Credit Counseling Service of the Black Hills will hold another "Credit When Credit is Due" class in Pierre July 8-9. Both nights the class will be held from 5:45 to 9 p.m. at the SD Housing Development Authority offices, 3060 E. Elizabeth Street.
